Moravia Health, Pennsylvania's premier home healthcare agency, is seeking to fill a full-time Administrator position in Dallas,TX . The ideal candidate has experience in home healthcare, answering phone calls and emails, greeting and directing office visitors to designated meeting areas. Additionally, the ideal candidate has problem-solving skills with the ability to build spreadsheets or presentations for leadership staff.Job Description: Supervise the recruitment and hiring of caregivers and day-to-day operations of theoffice including clerical duties Develop and supervise community outreach efforts to generate referral activity Manage data in spreadsheets and reports to keep records and reports up to date Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, clients' family, caregivers and administrative staff Supervise branch personnel to ensure productivity, compliance, and staff development Ensure patients are well-paired with caregivers Maintain practices to influence employee morale and establish a team environmentQualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Strong interpersonal and communication skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceSchedule: 8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
