HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator Description:The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for sourcing quality candidates to meet the needs of the company. The incumbent will own full lifecycle recruitment for non-executive roles, sourcing to selection, and collaborate with PCI's associate hiring team and the HR department to gain an understanding of the best-fit applicants for the organization. We are looking for a highly organized, outgoing, and strong communicator who works well as a part of a team and can support HR and corporate functions. Office administration, supporting the corporate office such as bill paying, travel booking and ad hoc duties as needed. HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team as needed with: hiring events and screening candidates
  • Manage the onboarding process, updating background reports, calling references, and completing new hire folders
  • Assist the People Team with the creation of training materials and the facilitation of training
  • Create and monitor surveys for associate satisfaction (and compile data in a presentable manner)
  • Compliance administration, new hire data entry, I-9s, E-Verify, WOT-C, unemployment claims, and garnishments
  • Hire employees 25-30 associates a month and process hiring-related paperwork
  • Perform searches for qualified job candidates using multiple sources
  • Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications
  • Maintain compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and applicable state employment laws
  • Responsible for creating an amazing onboarding experience by providing welcome packet, scheduling orientation, and automate and audit HR files via ADP Document Cloud
  • Day to day questions about benefits, payroll or other HR related administrative duties
  • Compliance administration, new hire data entry, I-9s, E-Verify, WOT-C and unemployment
  • Manage corporate calendar (holidays) and employee recognition (birthdays, anniversaries)
  • Design graphics to promote company news, initiatives and upcoming events via intranet and ADP Portal
  • Plan events for holidays and corporate sales recognition programs

      Requirements HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
      • This position is remote however, the employee must live: AR, FL, GA, KS, OK, TX, SC, WI, MO, or VA
      • Minimum 1 year of total HR or related HR work history or 4 year college degree (preferred)
      • Minimum High School Degree or equivalent
      • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
      • Knowledge in: Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva
      • Tech savvy, comfortable communicating virtually and learning new office tools, keeping abreast of advances in technology and social media
      • Partner with all team members, operate with a high level of integrity and trust
      • Exceptional organizational skills and attention-to-detail
      • Proven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks
      • Creative and resourceful with the knack for building and streamlining processes
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
