This position is in our Dallas office. It is not remote.
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*

* Acts as a strategic partner to recruiters, People Operations, and hiring managers for job opening requirements
* Defines, refines, executes, and communicates search strategies
* Manages tools, resources, and technologies in identifying talent, e.g., CRM
* Operates as an internal consultant or expert in lines of businesses, functions, and technologies
* Analyzes industry, product, and geographical trends in talent
* Determines appropriate recruiting sources for campaigns and posting positions
* Promotes the company's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) or brand to candidates and external partners

*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES*

* 2+ years experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within an agency, corporate or startup environment required
* Industry experience in construction or adjacent industries, is highly desired
* Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree desired
* Capable of effectively developing and executing sourcing strategies
* Demonstrated experience in core recruiting skills, e.g., job requirements gathering, planning, sourcing, selecting, cold calling, and phone screening
* Extensive experience with various sourcing techniques and channels (e.g., LinkedIn/social platforms, professional associations, etc)
* Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
* Must work independently with minimal guidance in both highly strategic and tactical capacities
* Excellent communication, oral and written skills
* Ability to operate well at a high velocity, sense of urgency, and provide clarity to ambiguous situations
* Experience thriving and prioritizing in an ever-evolving environment
* Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
* Strong organization and time-management skills
* Aptitude and a willingness to learn the nuances of assigned roles
* Customer-service and solutions-oriented focus
* Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills

*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*

* Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
* 2+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
* Preferred SHRM-CP, PHR
* Valid Drivers License
