For Summer 2023, you will engage and partner on innovative projects, heavily marketing & communications focused, to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment.

You will receive mentor support for your professional development
You will present a final presentation to your team, peers, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business
You will network and learn about other functions from leaders at Keurig Dr Pepper through a Meet & Greet series

What you will do:

Lead marketing & communications focused projects in areas of campus recruitment, TA operations and talent acquisition intern program management
Plan and execute several events for summer intern program
Drive engagement strategy with peers and organizational leaders for virtual internship program through internal tools and LinkedIn Spotlight Series
Assist in compiling campus recruitment best practices research and creating recommendations based upon findings, including Campus Relations career website design
Working with HR Communications Team to create approved recruiting event materials, including marketing flyers and company overview presentations
Work to optimize hiring tools and technologies such as the applicant tracking system and HireVue video interviewing
Create an on-brand video to celebrate our interns for National Intern Day
Schedule meetings, interviews, and assist with HR Communications projects, as requested
Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures

As an intern at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will:

Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
Requirements:

What you must have:

Must be an undergraduate junior or senior currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university with a related major during the period of the internship
Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related minor a plus
Human Resources and/or Project Management experience is preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
Ability to work cross-functionally, independently driven and a self-starter while working remotely
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
Visual and audio technical skills for video creation highly preferred

The pay range for this position starts at $23/hour.

This is a hybrid model role based in our Frisco, Texas headquarter office.
