Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work the *morning and afternoon *shifts *Monday-Saturday *at the front counter of our dry-cleaning store.

Industry experience is not necessary but preferred. We are willing to train the right motivated and reliable candidate.

Duties & Functions:

* Interact with customers in a friendly, customer service-orientated manner
* Process incoming laundry & dry cleaning orders
* Retrieve outgoing orders and cash out customers
* Troubleshoot, and resolve problems as necessary

Requirements:

* Strong customer service skills
* Pay attention to detail and follow a defined system
* Able to solve problems
* Able to lift 20 pounds
* Work in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment
* Fluency in English is required. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
