SAGE Staffinghas partnered with a Dallas based Hospitality Company in their search for an *Accounts Payable Disbursement Specialist.*The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist will have *4+ years of experience in accounts payable, 2+ years' experience with A/P Disbursement*, *and payment processing/resolution experience *and can work fully in the office.This is a great opportunity, to work for a large, growing, and stable company in the Hospitality industry*. This AP Specialist should have great attention to detail, be analytical, organized, results driven, and okay in a fast paced environment. *_Competitive compensation and benefits included._*Duties and Responsibilities/Qualifications: * - Validate and process all payments issued via Check, ACH, and Virtual Credit Card - Daily utilize Manage Engine ticketing system to resolve payment related inquires - Manage BOA Works Virtual Card program exceptions timely - Complete FedEx delivery requests - Timely reply to inquiries from Corpay to manage payments - Void Reissue/Cancel of all payment types as warranted - Research and resolve all returned and stale dated checks - Copy or scan documentation as needed - Assist with special projects as requested by management - Participate in department process improvements - Other duties as assigned - 5+ years of A/P disbursement experience in a fast-paced and high-volume environment required - Proficient in time management - Able to multi-task and perform special projects - Collaborative team player who is focused, self-motivated, detail oriented, accurate, and flexible - able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and tight timelines - Must be highly organized with an attention to detail - Positive attitude and ability to work with others - Provide exceptional customer service support to all customers - Prior hospitality experience preferred - Strong analytical, reconciliation and overall troubleshooting skills - Data entry accuracy is a must - Experience with Accounts Payable software-Oracle experience is preferred - Good verbal/written communication skills - Experience with Microsoft Office programs; specifically, Outlook, Excel, and Word - Experience in 1099 reporting is a plus*General Information*The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
