Job Description:
Position Description This role requires a balance of expertise
in value-based care programs, along with proficient technical
background, to inform product development with the goal to maintain
alignment across quality programs and optimize user experience.
Focusing on the practice needs and program requirements, the ideal
candidate will interface between the practices and value-based care
(VBC) Transformation Leads while giving technical insight to the
Ontada/Practice Insights product team to optimize product
development of value-based care reporting solutions, quality
measures, and data tools. In addition, an ideal candidate will
possess technical writing skills and enjoy synthesizing complex
processes into concise practice-facing program summaries, user
manuals, live sessions, or FAQs to promote product adoption and
proficiency. Through your partnership with Ontada/Practice Insights
and the broader Value Based Care team, you will support practices'
successful participation in a value-based care regulatory and
commercial program(s) environment. Team success is defined by:
Greater practice efficiencies through technology adoption and
program compliance (i.e. quality measure submissions, clinical data
submissions) Improved patient experience Internal process
improvements, streamlined product development, and high confidence
that our VBC technology solutions meet or exceed customer needs
Tangible quantitative and qualitative practice results, including
improved quality measure performance and satisfaction with Ontada
technology solutions Leadership, initiative, communication, program
management expertise, organization, people skills, conflict
management and commitment to McKesson's I2CARE shared principles
are some of the key attributes required in this role. Key
Responsibilities: Improve user-focused exploration of use cases,
requirements gathering, feedback & design to increase 1st release
value & to minimize development waste & rework Provide insights to
develop comprehensive solutions, advanced reporting, and
enhancements for existing reporting and inform roadmap for future
development Increase practice support & engagement on structured
data capture, cleanliness, and value; improve adoption of quality
measure workflows & appropriate documentation within iKnowMed,
leading to greater data accuracy Triage all RemedyForce support
tickets that require education as the practice-facing lead (i.e.
not a technical refinement) Support product team through
practice-led testing; enable building the right solution to reduce
practice burden and improve satisfaction with technology platform
(i.e. testing data extracts in registry testing environment,
critical review of quality measure impact analyses to assess coding
changes, coach on & create best practices to minimize data
submission burden, etc.) Optimize VBC technology materials and
communications (i.e. product manuals, FAQs, newsletters) to
increase technology adoption Assist team with required regulatory
audits, program needs, Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR)
self-nominations, or other key deliverables required to support VBC
programs and technology solutions This is a full-time, salaried
position with a salary range of $80,600.00 to $134,300.00 with
benefits (Target pay is: $110,000.00). McKesson offers Medical,

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual
bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered. Our Base
Pay Range for this position $95,600 - $159,400 McKesson is an Equal
