Job Description:
The purpose of the role is to develop, manage and grow the
service line business in the assigned geographies by acquiring new
clients/ logos in a specific vertical/ industry. The incumbent must
be a leader with a focus on Large Deal Targeting, shaping,
supporting the closing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Shaping the potential deal by setting a win strategy by
developing and articulating a high-value proposition
- Establishing and fostering key client relationships and
partnerships with Global Account Executives, both internally and
externally
- Leading the multi-disciplinary team to deal closure by engaging
partners through strategy, innovation, governance, and all aspects
of deal negotiation The incumbent must have:
- A quintessential sales process mindset
- Strong executive presence and ability to build and sustain
client relationships at the highest levels of the firm and with
C-suite clients
- Expertise in conceptualizing and articulating IT Vision,
Transformation Strategy, and business case for achieving desired
business objectives
- Strong self-drive to follow-through action items for closure,
with as many iterations as required
- Analytical & Detail-oriented - ability to spot interest areas
of stakeholders during conversations and map with Wipro offerings
and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up
assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
- 20+ years of industry experience
- Domain/Industry Knowledge - good Awareness and knowledge of
broad economic, demographic, technological and global trends within
industry
- Experience of handling and successfully closing large strategic
deals (in values over $50-100 Mn TCV)
- Good knowledge of the Americas IT Services Market and customer
landscape especially in area
