Qualifications The primary responsibility of the Customer Care
Coordinator is to assist management in ensuring the dealership is
exceeding customer satisfaction at all times during the customer
experience. The Customer Care Coordinator performs a variety of
administrative duties to ensure quality control of customer
service. Handle a high-volume of inbound and outbound customer
service calls required (no cold calling) Monitor customer
satisfaction standings for survey completion, significant changes,
and determine possible contributing factors to report to management
Conduct CSI follow up calls using Xtime within a designated 48-hr
window to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain detailed customer
contact information for all customers Assist in resolving customer
complaints and coordinate factory assistance when all dealership
resources have been exhausted Assist in the delivery of new and
used vehicles, ensuring that each customer is informed of his/her
warranty details, maintenance schedule, and proper use of the
vehicle's features, particularly those related to safety Explain
the hours of operation and location of the service and parts
departments Coordinate customer follow-up programs and post repair
calls Schedule and confirm service appointments for any new
customers experiencing mechanical problems Prepare monthly reports
on the status of customer satisfaction in the dealership, including
results of all factory-generated surveys Maintain a case history
file of all customer complaints and problems, documented with
customer's name, type of vehicle, date of contact, nature of
problem, personnel involved, and detailed description of resolution
Review all post-sale service cases with the service manager once a
month Maintain a file of the dealership's customer satisfaction
achievements Attend sales, service, and management meetings
Maintain a professional appearance Must have excellent
communication and customer service skills Strong organizational
skills and attention to detail Adhere to all company policies and
procedures, and help monitor processes for compliance Must be at
least eighteen years of age High School Diploma or GED Associates
or Bachelors Degree is a plus Prior customer service inbound and
outbound call experience preferred Must be able to pass
pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
