Job Description:
Valfair Construction is in search of a welder to join the Fence
Crew. The welder will work directly under the Fence Crew
Superintendent and will weld fence materials according to the job
site specifications along with directions from the job site
supervisor.Experience with stick welding on iron and galvanized
steelFencing install on multiple job sitesFabricating fencing
materials to meet job needsProperly follows company safety
procedures. Brings problems to the attention of the foreman,
superintendent, safety director or HR manager.Performs routine
inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and
refers defects or needed repairs to the supervisor; cleans
equipment.Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background
checkMust be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong
attention to detailOccasional O.T. as neededHS diploma or GED
