Please follow this link: http://interview.deephire.com/wxgProperty Renewals Assistant Role:When renewing resident leases, timing is everything, and you will work directly with the Ownership team on renewal rates/prices.Negotiates renewal rates/terms with residents on an as needed basis to secure new leases.Coordinates with other teams and departments to ensure that operational processes flow smoothly during potential move-outs.Writes and files reports as needed to assist the renewals team in their efforts.It will vary month to month, but handle on average approximately 200 - 300 renewals per month.Property Renewals Assistant Background Profile:High school diploma or the equivalent1-3 years of experience in the Property Management industry ideally in single family homes, but if not, then multi-family experience Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and/or Google SuitePropertyware Software experience is a plus but any Property Management software experience will workFast learner, incredibly organized, and detail orientedPunctual with reportingEnergetic and self-motivated individualExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service skillsAble to work independently as well as be a team playerFeatures and Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurancePTO Paid holidays Frontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
