distinguished RIA Wealth Management firm located in Uptown Dallas.
Our client distinguishes itself in the industry by being
research-driven and specializing in alternative investments. With a
focus on providing comprehensive financial planning services and
personalized investment advice, our client helps clients achieve
their financial goals through unique and innovative investment
strategies. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and
detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our client's team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with
their team of research-driven advisors, providing exceptional
client service and operational support. You will play a vital role
in assisting clients with their investment needs in the realm of
alternative investments. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding
customer service to our clients, promptly responding to inquiries
and providing accurate and insightful information. Serve as a
primary point of contact for clients, efficiently managing phone
calls and emails and connecting them with the appropriate advisor.
Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records, ensuring
accuracy and completeness of all client information. Prepare and
process client paperwork, including account opening, transfers, and
ongoing account maintenance. Assist advisors in developing client
presentations, reports, and proposals related to alternative
investments. Coordinate client events and meetings, ensuring all
logistical details are well-organized and clients are
well-informed. Continuously monitor and update client accounts,
ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal
policies. Conduct thorough research on alternative investment
products and services, staying abreast of industry trends and news.
Actively participate in team meetings, leveraging your insights to
contribute to the firm's research-driven approach. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Minimum
of 2 years of experience in client services or support within the
financial services industry. Strong knowledge of alternative
investments and a demonstrated interest in research-driven
investment strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional
organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
experience with CRM software. Familiarity with NetX360 platform is
preferred. Ability to thrive in a team environment. Preferred, but
not required: Series 7 and/or 63 license. Bilingual proficiency in
English and Spanish is preferred. Compensation: -$70K - $80K (DOE)
