Our brake shoe manufacturing facility in Dallas,TX produces high quality brake shoes as well as new brake kits and lined shoes for medium and heavy duty truck and bus applications. Job Description

Job Summary

Set up and operate automatic riveting machines that drill, countersink, and rivet brake shoe assemblies.

Starting wage is $15.50/hr + benefits fast advancement opportunities.

1st shift - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm - $15.50

2nd Shift - 3:00 pm - 1:30am $16.25 ($15.50 + 0.75 shift differential) - 4 day work week - Mon - Thur

Principle Responsibilities

• Position, align, and level parts to be assembled in automatic work position-er installed on machine.
• Fill hopper with rivets or other fasteners.
• Start machine, observe operation, monitor displays, and readjust machine to ensure riveted assemblies conform to specifications.
• Operate machine manually or from automatic settings.
• Replaces defective cutting tools.
• Follow established quality procedures.
• Comply with all company safety guidelines and procedures
• Maintain a clean work environment
