Job Description:

• As a Contract Experience Design Lead, you will not only contribute to the evolution of our B2B Spark platform experience but also guide junior designers on your team in your role as a lead.
• Collaborating with product owners, researchers, and engineers, you will bring features in the platform experience to life for our diverse set of customers.
• In addition to creating production-ready assets for development, you will also contribute to the design system used by -international teams.Responsibilities: -
  • Leading design for the -Experience Center, designing solutions based on user research, customer insights, and best-practices.
  • Creation of high-fidelity visual designs and supporting components for development.
  • Collaboration and coordination with -experience leadership to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Estimation of design work, working within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment for self and team members.
  • Review of work completed by junior team members for quality, consistency, and implementation of best design practices.
  • Management of work and craft growth for junior designers on the team.
  • Creating high-fidelity prototypes for use in usability tests, both remote and in-person .
  • Contribution to the Design System, as needed Competencies.
  • Design for mobile web, desktop, and app.
