• Proper HDPE welding techniques
• Proper well pump installation techniques
• Proper equipment operation procedures-Safe and correct use of hand and power tools. -Understand and Troubleshoot field processes-Perform field maintenance duties safely-Operate heavy equipment safely-Know and understand Construction Safety-Read, understand, and perform according to company mission and values-Maintain and update
