To support and implement the administrative processes that guide
day-to-day operations in the Office of the CEO. The role will work
across the Execution Committee (EC) and will require engagement
into the business at all levels. The role requires significant and
regular collaboration with the People team, Communications and
Marketing. WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Set & manage CEO Communications
including external and internal engagement plan, Customer visits,
external networking, sales support, etc. Plan, design, and execute
Board and key executive meetings including developing storylines,
preparing outlines, providing visual design support and integrating
Board materials.Work with the executive admin team, IT team and
facilities team to provide logistics support for all CEO-driven
meetings.Ensure all communication materials from the CEO (board
decks, firm communications, etc.) are reviewed, clean and clear,
and are ready for distribution.Work with our Director of
Communications, draft internal communications on behalf of the
CEO.Execute/manage the CEO's external brand presence in partnership
with CPO and the Marketing team to establish the CEO's brand
strategy. Maintain a social media editorial calendar and executing
the operational side of the CEO's communication strategy (regular
social media posts, following and reposting content, etc.). Prep
CEO, in advance of all meetings, so that the CEO is aware of the
audience and the messages (i.e., Purpose, process, outcomes
PPO).Proactively manage the CEO's calendar in collaboration with
the CEO and the CEO's Executive Assistant to optimize how time is
spent and to ensure intentionality of each meeting.Work with the
CEO to disseminate the outcome of CEO meetings to the affected
stakeholders.Design and implement the administrative system that
guides day-to-day operations for the CEO - with the objective of
making time, information, and decision processes effective. Build
and maintain strong working relationships with the EC and the
support team to ensure good flow of information and effective
workload management.Collaborate with Sr. Dir. of Corporate Strategy
and with EPMO Manager to ensure that Strategic Priorities and their
related OKRs are being created, measured, and reported
efficiently.Create weekly EC meeting agendas, facilitate meetings,
and follow up on action items to ensure that the CEO has what they
need in a timely manner and in an Exec-ready format.Track the CEO's
budget and, in partnership with Finance, make any necessary
adjustments.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE: B.A. or B.S. degree
required.4-6 years of experience as a communications
(internal/external) practitioner.Change and Communications planning
and execution.Visual design and content creation.Social media
management.Proficient in Microsoft suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
Salesforce.Ability to maintain confidential information.

travel occasionally COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe estimated salary
range for this role is $91,000 - $147,500 USD per year. This salary
range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable.
Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not
limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique
qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and are based upon
individual contributions and overall firm performance.
