Each BCBA will expertly lead a team of RBT's, including float RBT's. You will use your expertise to guide, train and mentor them through all things ABA as an RBT.

ABC:Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or scheduled to sit for the BCBA exam.A lifelong driving force and passion for working with children on the Autism Spectrum and their families.
