Location: Medical Center-ProsperDepartment:Food & Nutrition ServicesShift:Varying Shifts (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:Responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions in the kitchen and pot & pan area. Performs a variety of tasks to maintain the floors, walls, dishmachine, dishroom and equipment in the kitchen. Assists material handler as needed.Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required.
1-2 years food service experience in an institutional or commercial setting preferred.
Knowledge of use of chemical sanitizer.
Must have Texas Food Handlers Card prior to employment.
