We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to help us grow our brand, create engaging content, and drive local marketing efforts this summer. This is a hands-on internship where you will gain real-world experience in a small business environment. What Youll Do As our Marketing Intern, youll assist with a wide range of marketing activities, including: Digital Marketing: Create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile), assist with email campaigns, and update website content. Content Creation: Write blogs, customer tips, service highlights, and create graphics or videos showcasing our services. Market Research: Research competitors, identify partnership opportunities, and help analyze local market trends. Community & Events: Support local promotions, sponsorships, and community events. Analytics & Reporting: Track social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance. What Were Looking For Current college student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, or a related field Strong writing and communication skills Comfortable with social media and basic design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) Self-starter who can work independently and on-site when needed Interest in small business or home services marketing is a plus Basic photography or videography skills are helpful but not required What Youll Gain Hands-on experience in marketing a small business Portfolio pieces: videos, graphics, blogs, and campaign reports Exposure to digital marketing, analytics, local branding, and customer engagement Direct mentorship from business owners and marketing professionals How to Apply Please submit your resume and a short cover letter explaining why youre interested in this internship and what skills youd bring to our team to: Katherine@plumbbrosllc.com
