Job Description -
- Position requires you to be onsite during normal business
- Willingness to participate in on call rotation Onsite Voice
- Comfort dealing with face to face customer
- Keen analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal
- Install and configure applications on desktop computers
- Minimum 2 years experience with desktop support
- Minimum 2 years experience to troubleshoot connectivity and
network related issues.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience supporting VOIP telephone hardware.
- Experience supporting call center operations.
- Prior experience with Avaya telephony.
As required by Colorado Law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work

that may be hired in Colorado. Actualcompensation is influenced by
a wide array of factors includingbut not limited to skill set,
level of experience, and specificoffice location. For the state of
Coloradoonly, the range ofstarting pay for this role is $26.44
-$36.44 per hour and information on benefits is here .
