single time.Job DescriptionThe Solution Consultant will possess
deep domain expertise of Enterprise Messaging solutions that will
enable and inspire the progression of sales, by providing deep
technical expertise and be able to share this expertise with a
range of stakeholders, including expert technical stakeholders,
line of business leaders and C-Level leaders.The Solution
Consultant will also provide expertise in the implementation and
integration of Enterprise Messaging solutionsKey
ResponsibilitiesResponding to technical sections of RFXs - or maybe
even owning the full response to RFXs as we have no separate bid
management capability currentlyDeveloping and giving demos of our
solutions.Develop customer technical presentations, that translate
to functional and business value for the customer's
business.Develop technical and service scope of work documents, as
they relate to customers specific requirements.Provide product
training to Sales team members in ANZ, to increase sales staff
self-sufficiency.Deliver implementations and integrations to ensure
efficient and effective customer on-boardingPerform other tasks or
activities as directed.Ensure that co-workers are treated

Messaging and Communications market, with insight into global and
local trendsA deep knowledge of the technical architecture and
functions Enterprise Messaging software platforms deliver into the
marketAn ability to simplify the complex, by translating technical
information into business valueA quick ability to learn new
technical advancements and their value to target customersAn
ability to guide customer IT staff through the implementation and
integration phases of projectsAn ability to understand specific
customer nuances and how the standard product fits the needs of the
customer, or guide on how non-standard implementations can be
achieved
