A Day in the Life of a Risk Analyst Trainee



No two days are exactly alike so adaptability is important. As REACH Participant you will work cross-functionally to service clients and work on renewal needs. You will participate in web-based and in person training seminars to grow your industry knowledge, earn your ARe designation and necessary licenses.



As your experience grows, you will help clients resolve issues in the most efficient and effective way, so they can focus on running and growing their business. You will also help them find the best coverage according to their budget and guide clients when unexpected losses occur.



Please note that this role will have a start date on or after June 4th, 2023.



Required:



* Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.

* Possesses a full level of technical knowledge and skills for insurance products and/or specialty lines and comprehensive knowledge and practice of assigned lines of business.



Desired:



* Professional designation preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM.



U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

* Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation

* Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Gallagher will require proof of work authorization

* Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
