hybrid remote opportunity.Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 2 years experience supporting at least three different areas of
human resources (benefits, compensation, onboarding and
orientation, performance management, diversity & inclusion, alumni
engagement, policy development, employee relations,
employment-related regulatory compliance)
- Ability to communicate comfortably and provide clear
explanations to all levels of people, and use discretion when
communicating sensitive information
- In-depth knowledge of benefits, policies, payroll, and other
HR-related areas as well as federal and state regulatory
requirements
- Express interest and curiosity in understanding why something
is done a certain way
- Ability to ask appropriate questions, identify relevant
resources for answers, and know when to escalate a matter
- Ability to identify ways to improve operational efficiency and
meet deadlines
- Strong customer service focus centered on building an
exceptional employee experience including responding quickly to
requests, and acknowledging receipt of requests when unable to
provide a resolution within the allotted timeframe

like?The HR Solutions Coordinator provides complex and specialized
administrative expertise to the HR Team to assist with program
execution, implementation, and ongoing support in the areas of
orientation, onboarding, alumni engagement, benefits, lawyers and
business professional compensation, professional development,
performance management, diversity and inclusion, and other HR
specialty areas.As an HR Solutions Coordinator, you will assist
with the creation, documentation, reporting, and administration of
training programs and systems, such as external training requests
and catalog management. You will also assist in the creation,
ongoing review, and updating of knowledge base articles, standard
operating procedures, videos, training solutions, HR SharePoint
sites, etc. You will follow up with employees and managers on
incomplete processes (Introductory Performance Reviews, Annual
Performance Reviews, New Hire Learning Plans, Harassment Training,
IT Training, open enrollment, etc.). You will identify operational
inefficiencies (simplify, enhance, eliminate) and recommend process
improvements.You will also maintain a working knowledge of company
policies to provide guidance to employees and managers to ensure
compliance and consistency and deliver exceptional customer service
to all partners and employees. You will respond to requests for
documents, create and update organization charts, and assist with
special projects. You will coordinate all pre-boarding activities
with various stakeholders across multiple locations including
recruiters, practice group directors, managers, trainers, and other
HR and administrative team members. You will facilitate
administrative aspects of employee onboarding including new hire
paperwork completion, answering general questions, and ensuring all
