    • Produce options and recommendations for improvement, to implement and review.
    • Customer feedback communication.
    • Process Quality Benchmarking.
    • Incident, Call, Interaction and E-mail/Chat monitoring.
    • Employee surveys.
    • KPI monitoring.
    • Skill testing, Coaching and Mentoring.
    • Account management reviews.
    • Regular One-to-ones with Analysts.
