Licensed and/or Experienced Preferred. We are needing a full time and permanent technician. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, office staff, Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads on a daily basis. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch for extended periods of time. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. Flexibility in job duties. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions. Based on business demand and season, will need to be available to work after hours and on-call rotating weekends when needed Requirements: Experience and Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; four-year degree a plus. Must be at least 21 years of age. Field Service experience a plus. Military or job-related experience also accepted. Complete our award-winning paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a field service route. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs for a complete service management program. Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route. Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform. Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff. Stay motivated and focused while you work independently. Follow a route schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer's home. Accurately complete and submit all required service-related documentation. Must be reliable and committed to complete daily schedules with no interruptions. Must be able to travel to other office locations if/when needed Must have clean background (no felonies) and driving record (must have current TX DL) Must be courteous, polite and professional appearance at all times This position does not require prior experience - we are willing to train and license the right candidate MUST BE PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN CUT Pay is dependent upon experience Service truck will be provided. Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses
