Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a fully remote Workday
Compensation Analyst in Dallas, TX. The Workday Compensation
Analyst is responsible for ensuring that employee compensation
packages support business strategies. This role provides
sophisticated internal analytical expertise related to the
compensation function. Apply today!.Workday Compensation Analyst
Responsibilities:Works on a variety of projects as assigned in
support of company compensation programs.Run weekly reports from
Workday and distribute the reportsAssist with maintaining the job
descriptions folderData driven Workday responsibilities directly
tied to payroll effective dates.Create GEO Codes in ERI and update
the report.Maintains compensation database.Maintains 'current' and
'historical' job description database.Stays updated on federal,
state laws, rules and regulations in order to assist in ensuring
company compliance.Responsible for compensation data
integrity.Responsible for Ad Hoc Reporting and Project Management
as assigned to support the Compensation organization.Other
projects/duties as assigned.Comply with applicable legal
requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not
limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and
Documentation Standards.Workday Compensation Analyst
Requirements:Bachelor's degree is preferred.Requires 2 years of
experience in HR, specifically with compensation.Intermediate User
in MS Excel - PivotTables, Formulas, V-Look UpRequires 1 year of
Workday experience - RecentExperience working with large amounts of
Data in ExcelExperience working for a large corporate organization
- 10k FTEs preferredStrong Analytical skills working with Bonus
StructuresKnowledge of government regulations, professional "best
practices", and industry trends as they apply to all HR related
functions and responsibilities.Advanced computer skills with
Microsoft business applications software, compensation software
packages, and HRIS systems - Workday preferably.Experience in
conducting studies and preparing sound recommendations.Strong
mathematical aptitude and analysis skills for researching,
analyzing, developing, and leading in the implementation of
compensation related programs and recommendations.Strong
interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in dealing
proactively with all levels of internal and external management,
vendor, or agency personnel. This includes a high degree of
sensitivity and change management abilities to intercultural
