Senior Air Permitting Analyst to support the Eagle Ford E& P
Business Unit, to be based out of our office in The Woodlands,
Texas. We follow a hybrid work model (two days in the office plus
teleworking) and a compressed work schedule (9/80).The Senior Air
Permitting Analyst is responsible for ensuring environmental
policies, regulations and procedures are appropriate for
operations, modifying them as necessary, designing and implementing
control, and mitigation measures for environmental impacts.JOB
RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the Air SME on all air projects and
coordinate with operational and corporate stakeholders when
necessaryDevelop and maintain programs to ensure compliance with
air permit requirements and federal and state regulationsCoordinate
updates and data entry into Energy ComponentsCoordinate the
completion of the annual Subpart W GHG and OOOOa reportsComplete
monthly data entry into Energy Components and excel-based
toolsReview monthly report of completed FLIR surveys and update
LDAR database accordinglyPrepare Safety & Environmental reports,
GHG forecasts, and emission summaries as requested by
managementCoordinate completion of gas release calculation tool and
external notification(s) if necessaryCoordinate and track progress
on GHG reduction initiativesRepresent the company in trade
associations and communications with agenciesServe as Air SME on
Business Development projects.To interface internally with the
Development Project Teams (all disciplines)To interface externally
with the Project contractors (under direction)Required
QualificationsLegal authorization to work in the US for any US
employer without the need for sponsorship8-10 years relevant
experience providing industrial Safety & Environment support,
preferably within the Oil & Gas Industry.Proficient in Industry
HSEQ Standards and Management SystemsProficient in Environmental
Regulations and RequirementsEnglish language fluency, including
both verbal and written communicationsComputer skills - Advanced
user in Windows, Word, Excel, Power PointRequired
CompetenciesHighly detail oriented, strong planning and
organizational skillsWork well under pressureAbility to communicate
well and establish effective working relationships with
othersStrong communication skills with all levels of
ManagementAbility to multi-task several assignments simultaneously
