We are a growing company currently in Denton County, hiring Lawn Care Spray Technicians who are dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. This is a perfect position for someone who loves the outdoors. Duties include mixing and applying chemicals to lawns/flowerbeds, and basic maintenance of your spray truck. Must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift 50 pounds, and work well independently and as a team. Experience is a requirement to obtain this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Apply fertilizer, nutrients, and herbicides to residential and commercial properties according to schedule, safety procedures, and instructions. Manage a daily schedule of driving to and servicing properties. Meet and exceed client expectations on a daily basis. Understand and discuss service offerings and product details with clients on their properties. Maintain vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Exhibits professionalism and a commitment to customer service. Is dependable and punctual when showing up for work. Good physical condition. A valid driver's license with a good driving record. Self-motivated and driven for excellence. High School diploma, GED Six months to one-year of related experience.
