The candidate must have Knowledge and Experience to perform the
technical responsibilities as follows:
- Hands-on experience on end - end batch monitoring & automation
using CA Workload Automation AE (Autosys) in both UNIX and Windows
environments in a large enterprise environment
- Having technical expertise in developing a flexible and high
productivity on the go code/script changes for specific business,
functional and technical requirements
- Hands-on experience to build monitoring solution with an
automation mindset to improve applicaiton, external feeds(via.
sFTP), system performance and reduce manual efforts
- Skilled in designing Automation algorithms with scripting
knowledge to obtain accuracy and high prodcutiivity
- L2 ITRS Geneos Monitoring experience to manage server
infrastructure, create dashboards, alerts and reports
- Owning and Managing servers' production environments running on
Windows, Unix, Linux, Oracle & MSSQL based applications
- Providing L2/L3 technical assistance and coordination during
production incidents. Escalating and logging tickets, identifies,
diagnoses, and resolves functional and technical problems and
business critical incidents through research and analysis of
trends, root causes, and business impact
- L2 Production support to trouble Job failures, identify the
root cause and provide permanent solution
- Providing front line support to our clients, builds strong
relationships with a problem-solving mindset to identify delays or
bottlenecks and resolve within stipulated service line
agreements
- Ownership of major production incidents, working closely with
other technology teams to resolve business-impact
- Experience in partnering with technology department,
operational users / business users to gather requirements to
implement
- Expereince in managing Domain/ functional knowledge in one of
the finance domains such as investment banking, asset management,
investment banking is preferred
