Who are we looking for?
Looking for an SAP Functional HCM resource is having minimum 6+ experience in providing broad-based SAP HCM knowledge to business users, design and implementation of configurations and customization, and provide recommendations for program enhancement and changes to meet evolving business requirements.
Responsibilities:

• Create functional specification based on business requirements, work with developers to deliver expected solutions, and validate results.
• Understand complex requirements and formulate cost-effective best-in-class solutions to support business needs.
• nalyze business processes and develop and implement improvements to streamline, simplify and optimize current programs and processes.
• This role will primarily be responsible for Organization Management and Personnel Administration in a highly customized SAP environment.
• Perform solution design and deliver solution based on business requirements; perform post-deployment assessments and remedial actions to assure optimized business process.
• Manage both enhancements and troubleshooting for integrations with SF.
• Provide functional guidance to business and testing team during testing cycles and approval process,
• Maintain professional and good working relationships with team members and business.
• Provide high level end users support.
• EC implementation experience preferred. Skills Required:
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP HCM Consultant.
  • Strong technical-functional knowledge of SAP HCM i.e. OM, PA, PT, PY, TRV etc. - at least 2 - 3 full life cycle implementations.
  • Should have experience with SAP / S.4HANA.
  • Experience in new personnel area creation, interface troubleshooting.
  • Experience into customization, schema, rules, features, operations.
    Behavioral Skills :
    • Good Attitude and Communication Skill. Qualification:
      • Masters, MBA or advanced degree in MIS or Computer Science highly preferred. What's in for you?
