Client Summary:This company is a daily SaaS-based service for healthcare and enterprise clients that makes the volume, variety, and velocity of Big Data simple and actionable. This company has data scientists, visual scientists and subject matter experts who integrate Terabytes of incompatible Big Data onto a single platform. Then they transform the data with advanced business rules to help clients understand what it really means, from the biggest picture to the smallest details. Their solutions are customized just for each client, implementation time can be 90 days or less, and clients typically receive 3X- 5X ROI within 12 months.Position Responsibilities:

• Interacts with business stakeholders to design and modify their healthcare analytics solutions; Gathers, documents, and analyzes business requirements, translates them into engineering requirements and validates development work.
  
• Owns, grooms, and prioritizes the Jira development backlog.
  
• Leads 95-100% of daily tasks for Sprint Management, Client requests, Engineering requests, offshore analyst follow up, sprint prioritization, etc.
  
• Leads occasional internal training and team development sessions.
  
• Work closely and collaboratively with teams across the organization - Client Delivery, Client Success, Engineering, Product Management, and Growth.
  
• Acts as a liaison between Clients and various technical resources on projects.
  
• Troubleshoots and works with source system owners to profile and remediate data quality and other issues as they arise.
  
• Recommends and implements improvements and changes to the delivery process, where appropriate.
  
• Investigates data anomalies, identifies opportunities, and collaborates on recommendations to Clients.
  
  Experience & Skills:Required Experience and Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • 3-5 years working as an analyst in an enterprise, data-driven environment.
    
  • 3 years of hands-on technical experience with MicroStrategy/Tableau/Microsoft BI Platform/Others, SQL/Snowflake and Excel strongly preferred.
    
  • Working knowledge of Google/Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Sheets, Gmail, Docs etc).
    
  • Working knowledge of the full spectrum of the Revenue Cycle (Front, Mid, and Back-end).
    
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, agile methodologies, Database design and best practices, and of files that are needed and how they are processed.
    
  • Organized, personable, provides timely responses, is a culture warrior, provides clear and consistent communication.
    
  • Travels as required to Client sites, Client Success Summits, and trade shows.
    
  • Healthcare experience, preferably in provider-based revenue cycle and finance areas.
    
  • Business Analyst for 4-6 years (or degree) in addition to: at least 4+ years at VQ or equivalent experience or 10+ years healthcare IT experience.
    
  • Motivated self-starter with high potential for professional growth.
    
  • 100% Self-motivated and able to work completely independently.
