Position: Compensation Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: Mon-Fri, business hours

Pay: $30-33/hr DOE

Job Description: The Compensation Analyst will research job requirements and evaluate job positions to ensure the company is competitive in the areas of salaries and employee benefits.

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  
  
• 
  Working knowledge of HRIS apps and applicant tracking systems are required
  
  
• 
  Minimum 3-5 years of market analysis to match salary to job descriptions
  
  
• 
  Strong understanding of confidentiality and securing documents
  
  
• 
  Working knowledge of compensation analysis
  
  
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Office 365)
  
  
• 
  Detail oriented and analytical
