CLIENTMy client is a leading general contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality Light Industrial construction projects and are among the top 20 companies on the ENR list. They're currently seeking a seasoned, experienced Project Executive/Project Director to lead their industrial construction division. RESPONSIBILITIESAs VP, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the industrial construction division
• Develop and execute the division's business plan, including sales and marketing strategies, project management processes, and financial performance goals
• Oversee the preparation of project estimates, budgets, and schedules
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Develop and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and other professionals
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policiesREQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial construction, including project management and leadership roles
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large Tilt Wall and/or Structural Concrete projects on time and within budget
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
