What We Offer:Competitive hourly rate based on experience and skill setBenefits package availableAbout the Role:Assist in the coordination daily operations of the engineering/maintenance departments and staff; maintains all equipment, interior and exterior of buildings, and property in proper condition.What You'll Do:Maintain property including but not limited to offices, production areas, public areas, and equipment through development and implementation of preventive maintenance program; ensures all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely, cost-effective manner and according to all specificationsMaintain organization's physical operations including but not limited to refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, kitchen equipment, emergency generators, plumbing, water treatment, and electric systemsMaintain turnover of units by scheduling in-house work and external vendors as neededInterfaces with appropriate staff/managers to receive information regarding maintenance needs; ensures timely response to requestsMaintains proper inventory levels; authorizes purchase orders for supplies and equipmentEnsures all fire and safety inspections are completed and any discrepancies corrected; ensures property is in compliance with all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulationsAssists staff in maintenance and repair of equipment, buildings, and property as neededParticipates in the after-hours emergency on-call service for residentsParticipate in required quarterly PM inspections of homesPre-inspection of all properties in preparation for all REAC inspectionsParticipate and maintain work orders to ensure completed to standards and in a timely mannerParticipate in completion of unit turnsSkills Required: 2+ years of related experience or equivalentEPA Certifications and other licenses required by law (required)Knowledge of ventilation/air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally accepted maintenance skills.Knowledge of city and state building codes, OSHA requirements, and ADA laws.Commitment to excellence and high standardsBasic competence in subordinates' duties and tasksStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to manage priorities and workflowVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmProficient on OneSite and Microsoft a plusProven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills.Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisionsCreative, flexible, and innovative team playerAbility to understand any and all safety rules and regulationsTo Apply:Please submit your resume via the "APPLY NOW" buttonEqual Opportunity EmployerPDN-993d60fb-b959-4d84-a3de-f05855430ea2
