As a Senior Analyst, MarTech Engineering & Innovation you'll be a strong contributor to our Consulting Martech Engineering & Innovation team, responsible for delivering exceptional technical analytics implementations. We are seeking a teammate who is excited about learning, working on client project teams, has a pulse on analytics, with proven knowledge of JavaScript and Tag Management systems like TealiumIQ or Adobe Launch. This role is client-facing and you'll deliver technical information to both internal and external stakeholders with ease.What you Bring to the Table

• Technical Implementation - Integrating analytics code customization into client sites, performing audits and quality assurance testing, and writing documentation for analytics implementation will be a daily part of your job.
• Problem-Solving - You will solve technical issues from various clients, assess their needs, find and to these requests, and explain the results to the client in a way that makes sense to them. Each request will come with its nuances and you will find creative solutions to our client's complex problems.
• JavaScript Development - Your day-to-day work will often be done in a Tag Management System. You will be building code, troubleshooting, performing QA on your solutions, and delivering them to clients. This is not a web development role but you need to have the skills to do the job.
• Client-Facing Communication - Your client-facing communication skills will be critical as you'll be meeting with clients daily to understand their requests and review the results of your previous work. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.Desired -Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications
  • Digital analytics implementation experience required
  • Proven knowledge of JavaScript and an understanding of popular libraries and frameworks
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or any Tag Management System
  • Effective interpersonal and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education and experienceThis is a full-time remote opportunity.
