WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
Responsible for leading and advising on client engagements centered
on improving operations, processes and financial performance across
a variety of industry sectors and functional areas such as Finance
& Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Customer
Service, and Human Resources.
Drive strategy, design, and execution of robotic and intelligent
automation solutions to solve operational challenges and streamline
processes by leveraging robotic process automation (RPA), machine
learning, and other intelligent automation capabilities across
various technology platforms and tools.
Contribute to the development and growth of Point B's Operations
Practice through development and evolution of solutions, business
development, thought leadership, and development of our people.
Support business development by participating in client pursuits,
generating demand, working to develop new clients and grow business
with existing clients.
Have opportunities to work in various industries, including
Healthcare, Life Sciences, Media & Technology, Financial Services,
Manufacturing, Consumer Products & Retail, and many others.
Work on critical initiatives with top clients of all types, from
start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Learn and grow by working alongside some of the best Operations and
Process Improvement experts in the business, as well as Point B
Solutions experts in other areas such as change management, org
design, technology, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, data &
analytics, and others.
Grow as a leader working alongside Senior Point B consultants and
leaders who provide mentorship and support along the way. Coach and
supervise earlier career professionals through client delivery and
internal practice development.
Exercise your entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to the firm's
growth as an employee-owner.
Have a voice in identifying the projects you work on and clients
that interest you.
Role may require up to 50% travel.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:
10+ years management consulting experience or equivalent experience
in operational improvement and intelligent automation projects,
including business development and delivery experience
Experience with various technologies enabling functional areas
(ERP, CRM, etc.) and improving operations (RPA, machine learning,
etc.).
Experience leading or contributing to operations and process
improvement initiatives or programs; Lean Six Sigma experience
desired
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage conflict,
manage detail and innovate solutions
Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to
influence stakeholders and cross-functional partners, motivating
and collaborating while driving results
B.A. or B.S. degree required

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The estimated salary range for this role is $132,500 - $219,000 USD
per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and
state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of
factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education,
experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and are based upon
individual contributions and overall firm performance.
