Consultants are critical to the long-term success of client
projects within the Public Sector. They are customer-focused,

performance guarantee of a project and resolving other issues and

Performance Assurance Consultant sits within our Sustainability
Public Sector in Boulder, CO. Public Sector projects are typically
small to medium in size with traditional scope of complexity.
Customer vertical markets may include K-12 education,
post-secondary, small/medium municipal and county government.As a
Performance Assurance Consultant, a typical day for you may
include: - Performance of daily operations related to client
project plans - Ensure preventative maintenance responsibilities
and operations functions are being completed by subcontractors -
Troubleshoot and resolve controls issues associated with HVAC
equipment - Schedule and conduct all project meetings - Manage
resources (including subcontractors) by planning and scheduling -
Installation of hardware/software additions, change orders, and
solutions - Verifying the performance and sustained operation of
ECM's - Assisting clients in issue resolution - Identifying
operational improvements for improved savings performance And on
some days, you may find yourself involved with: - Performing site
service - Perform project turnovers from construction to Client
Services - Representation of Client Services during client training
and turnovers - Task management creation and execution through
Asana process flows - Periodically evaluating performance of
systems for improvement opportunities - Ongoing client training,
both formal and informalThis may be the next step in your career
journey if you have: - Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree
preferred OR Bachelor of Arts in Business or Finance acceptable,
along with 2+ years' experience in service industry with direct
customer-interface experience either in sales or client
relationship, or equivalent experience - Ability to obtain
Government contractor status with background clearance is required
- Building Automation System experience with understanding of
operator knowledge, drawing package understanding, sequence
understandings, operational intent, and troubleshooting -
Understanding of and proficiency in project management - Proficient
computer experience in Microsoft Office Products particularly
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Proficient using task management
programs or knowledge with Asana - Ability to move over rough or
uneven surfaces with recurring bending, crouching, stooping,
stretching, reaching, or similar activities, recurring lifting of
moderately heavy to light items. - Ability to transport work items
such as laptop computers, tools, ladders, and other heavy
equipment, driving an automobile, etc. - Ability to travel up to
60% to visit projects sites via automobile or airplane - Ability to
periodically visit project sites where you may be exposed to
outside weather conditions as well as mechanical equipment rooms
which could consist of confined, loud spacesSchneider Electric
