This is a permanent role in the Engineering industry that requires a candidate with a strong background in maintenance, troubleshooting, leadership, and manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance of our industrial equipment and facility. The role demands an individual who can troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems, develop and manage maintenance procedures, and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities:1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure all maintenance operations are up to standard.2. Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems, and resolve any issues or malfunctions.3. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues.4. Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.5. Ensure all machinery and equipment are in good working condition for maximum productivity.6. Lead and motivate the maintenance team to achieve high performance and meet set targets.7. Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company procedures and operations.8. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.9. Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff.10. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred or years of experience 2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance supervisory role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.3. Proven experience in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.4. Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.5. Proficient in using computer software for maintenance management.6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.7. Strong problem-solving ability with a keen eye for detail.8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.9. Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.10.
