Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of a project, and evaluating the cost to take on that project. The candidate will be familiar with our competitive advantages as an organization and will be able to communicate those to our benefit throughout the bidding process.



Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process
Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates
Estimating OSP FTTH Construction projects, materials, man hours.
Experience in preparing, responding, estimating cost/material on RFI/RFQ.
BOM, Financial/Cost of construction, using data from actual builds to compare with estimated cost per regions/project break down the full spectrum of OSP build costs, then run red line routes and breakdown the costs in various cost zones.
Urban, Suburban, Rural areas
Estimating construction for aerial/underground, hybrid.



Qualifications

Prior Experience in Fiber OSP Construction Estimation
5+ Years of experience in OSP field
BOM, Cost Estimation, Pricing, Budgeting
