This role will be onsite and responsible for working with leaders in the building and fulfillment center network to achieve and maintain the highest level of safety and security.How you will achieve success:

• Obsess over Safety & Loss Prevention with a clear ability to influence action across the network.
• Support the development, collaboration and deployment of loss prevention, physical security, workplace violence, and safety programs within the fulfillment network.
• Root cause and support network implementation of prevention mechanisms that jeopardize Spreetail team member safety and security.
• Help automate and systematize standards to eliminate unsafe incidents from warehouses.
• Enhance disciplines and job instructions across the FC network to ensure best-in-class loss prevention, environmental health, and safety programs.What experiences will help you in this role:
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce/distribution environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in fulfillment or operations management.
  • 1+ year working a safety and/or loss prevention role within a warehouse setting.
  • Proven experience with workers compensation and environmental compliance.
