Summary/ObjectiveThe Crew Tech with Plumbers License is responsible for deploying and retrieving audio-visual equipment and assisting PO Operator with inspection of sewer and service lines and equipment performance. Performs related duties as required. This position requires a valid plumbing license.What you can expect from Pipe View America

    • Assist PO Lead in all their duties on the PO truck.
    • Deploy and retrieve all safety equipment for each setup.
    • Deploy and retrieve equipment and secure cables for inspection.
    • Utilize a signal locator or Sonde to determine camera location and depth.
    • Communicate with PO Lead all requested field notes.
    • Create, edit, and secure all electronic or paper-based field inspections notes.
    • Maintain televising equipment in good operating condition by adjusting, cleaning, lubricating, and performing minor repairs.
    • Ensure all tools are retrieved at the end of each inspection or day and stored in a safe and proper manner.
    • Ensure all tools are being recharged as needed and at the end of the day.
    • Ensure all generators have sufficient fuel and oil for the day's inspections.
    • Ensure adequate supply of replacement parts and supplies required to conduct inspections.
    • Report all equipment repairs to PO Lead.
    • Complete administrative documents including time sheets and work logs, etc. as required.
    • Maintain a professional work environment with employees and customers.

        • Must possess a valid Journeyman Plumber's License.
        • High school diploma or GED
        • 1-2 years' experience performing plumbing duties, construction, service maintenance, or sewer maintenance work.
        • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
        • Demonstrated team building skills required.
        • Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes is required.
        • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
        • Ability to function effectively outside under a variety of weather conditions.

This work involves physical exertion such as lifting, carrying, or pushing heavy objects over 50 pounds with teammate and/or mechanical assistance. Must be able to wear hard hat/helmet, safety glasses, goggles, safety shoes/boots, hearing protectors, safety vest and gloves. Exposure to extreme temperatures, animals/insects, electrical hazards, confined spaces, heights, noise, dust, irritants, and moving mechanical parts.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Normal days and hours of work fall Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Workdays and hours are dependent on weather conditions.
