Job Description:
Kids SPOT is currently seeking an Board Certified Behavior
Analyst.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and
skills assessments
Design, supervise and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill
acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client
Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement
individualized treatment plans
Design caregiver training plans and implement with
parents/caregivers of individuals with autism
Education/ Experience & Qualifications:
Active current BCBA certification and behavior analyst license in
Texas
