Job Title: Systems Analyst with ServiceNow or Salesforce Case Management ExperienceLocation: Westlake TX ( Hybrid)Hybrid Schedule: 2 weeks onsite , 2 weeks remoteDuration: 12 Months Contract with possibility of extension or convert to permanent.Interview: 2 rounds

Special Instructions:1.) What does team do: They manage technology needs of 'Human Resources aligned with associates' lifecycle. Our focus is to transform and consolidate platforms will provide associates, managers, and BU functions a consistent experience while enhancing existing capabilities.

The Expertise we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 9+ years systems analysis experience; related work in software solutions definition/development is required.
• Confirmed experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
• Agile/Scrum experience is required.
• Application/data analysis skills including querying and analyzing data.
• Experience with Case Management tools like ServiceNow or SalesForce is preferred.
• Experience working in HR domain is a bonus.
