Manager – Dallas/Fort Worth We're looking for an experienced,
hands-on Field Operations Manager to lead and coordinate all
aspects of our field operations in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment, knows how to develop high-performing teams, and is
passionate about delivering quality service and results. What
You’ll Do Lead, hire, train, and manage a team of field technicians
and installers Ensure optimal staffing levels and coordinate
scheduling Drive performance across sales and technical skillsets
Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to keep field staff fully
equipped Analyze performance data and implement operational
improvements Identify trends and opportunities to optimize field
operations Conduct annual performance reviews and coach team
members for growth What You Bring 5 years of team management
experience, preferably in the home services industry Proven
leadership and coaching skills Strong organizational and time
management abilities Critical thinking and effective
problem-solving skills Clear, confident communication style Valid
