We utilize technology, strategy, artificial intelligence, and years of business growth experience to deliver qualified appointments for our customers.Your RoleAs the Sales Development Coordinator you will help our clients build their sales pipeline by managing a multi-channel outreach process designed to generate appointments and conversations for our clients. You'll be working with clients across a wide range of industries and while we have a proven process no client is quite the same and consequently it's important for you to be a dynamic individual who can balance creative thinking as well as process oriented. The ability to work both independently (you'll be working from the comfort of your home after all) and collaboratively is vital.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of email, LinkedIn, and voice outreach campaigns.Manage data sourcing and optimization within ongoing campaignsDevelop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly campaign reportsDevelop actionable insights from campaign analytics to improve campaign performancePerform ongoing A/B testing within campaignsWrite messaging for email, LinkedIn and voice scriptsManage client relationships with 10-20 customersCoordinate customer appointments and reports on SlackLead weekly client status meetings and provide status reportsConfigure and setup software tools utilized to execute campaigns and generate reportsContinually reach and exceed established performance goals across clientsExperienceThe ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree or proven equivalent with a focus or minor in marketing, sales development or similar business-related fields.Two years of experience in either a digital marketing role or an SDR sales role with a desire to transition into a focused marketing role is preferred.SalaryThe base salary will be $40,000-$45,000 plus performance bonuses.LocationThe position is remote.Why Elastic ReachFast growing companyFlexible working environmentExposure to modern approaches to business development with aspects of digital marketingLots of opportunities for leadership, mentorship and advancementCompetitive compensation structure w/ bonuses and incentivesFlexible vacation and time off policySalary commensurate with experience9GKpf8uLBQ
