Job Description:

JOB SUMMARYPerforms moderately complex data entry work. Work involves entering data, maintaining files and documentation. Works under general supervision. Answering phone calls, transferring to the correct party and handling the customer service questions and issues.CUSTOMER SERVICEProvide outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations! Greet every caller and visitor promptly and professionally, with courtesy and friendliness. Handle customer concerns with a high level of character, patience, and integrity.ADMINISTRATIVEMaintain confidentiality. Duties consist of but are not limited to; setting up and maintaining files, databases, and records which may contain confidential information. Data entry, sorting and distributing interoffice mail and mail to our clubs, handling office documents, scanning, emailing, and copying documents. Assist with creating reports, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations as needed.RECEPTIONAs the Reception backup, you are to promptly answer incoming calls and greet every caller and visitor professionally, with courtesy, respect, and friendliness.REQUIREMENTS

  • Punctuality and dependability required
  • Show up for all shifts at least 10 minutes early to handle any personal business
  • Clock-in and clock-out for all shifts and work your full scheduled shift
  • Prior customer service and/or receptionist experience required
  • Personable, enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing personality
  • Positive attitude and collaborative team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office required
  • Must have the desire and ability to learn quickly and adapt to multiple requests
  • Must be self-motivated and can successfully work independently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Professional attitude at all times

  • Help keep the office neat and clean
  • Performs accurate entering of data into the computer system
  • Proper analysis and verification to ensure data integrity
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being dealt with
  • Completion of the required task within the desired deadline
  • Performs related work as assigned
    SCHEDULED BREAKS(1) 15 minutes - during 1st half of shift prior to lunch break(1) 15 minutes - during 2nd half of shift after lunch break
    LUNCH BREAKTo be taken between 11:30am - 1:30pm = Must coordinate with Receptionist to ensure phone coverage.

    Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm
    Friday 9am - 4:30pm
