Job briefWe are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable answering many calls per day, working with outside sales reps, handling will-call customers, and completing sales.Responsibilities

  • Grow sales opportunities through follow-up with outside sales reps contacts
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects for a team of outside sales repsRequirements
    • Proven inside sales experience
    • Strong phone presence and experience fielding dozens of calls per day
    • Experience working with ERP systems preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceJob Type: Full-timeExperience:
