Job Description:

Our client, a wellness center, is seeking a Digital Customer Support Agent to join their team to assist with providing customers with information about products and services, answering customer questions, and resolving any emerging issues that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills both written and verbal, is highly customer oriented with ability to adapt to different types of customers, and has a flexible schedule availability with ability to work weekends and/or PM Shifts. The client can only hire candidates from these states: MA, NY, CT, VA, MD, FL, IL, CO, CA, GA, TN, NV ***All applicants must be able to comply with the most up-to-date federal and state Covid-19 Vaccination requirements.*** ***Candidates with bilingual ability (English and Spanish) can be compensated up to $16/hr Job Duties Include

  • Manage large volume of incoming emails and live chats
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Observe and follow all HIPAA guidelines regarding customer information
  • Meet customer service team targets and email/chat-handling metrics
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers Job Qualifications
    • High school diploma
    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative (6 months required)
    • Experience working with HIPAA type information a plus
    • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred
    • Familiarity with zendesk, Google Suite, Five9 highly preferred
    • Strong at-home internet connection
