Job Description:
The Sr Director, SaaS Sales will be responsible for driving
domestic Brand Platform Software as a Service (SaaS) revenue to
e-commerce brands, retailers and agencies. This is a senior
leadership role responsible for a significant part of rewardStyle's
growth, focused on refining and expanding our go-to-market sales
strategy, managing a growing team of sales executives and managers,
while actively driving the pipeline of new brand, retailer and
agency subscribers. This role will involve developing
forward-thinking, repeatable sales tactics and processes while
ensuring your sales org meets identified sales quotas. This is a
highly collaborative, cross-functional role that will partner
closely with other parts of the business (product, marketing,
operations, engineering and finance). Key Responsibilities: -
- Develop and rollout sales strategies and action plans to meet
our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
- Confidently lead executive-level pipeline and SaaS revenue
readouts -
- Support your growing sales team in developing and effectively
managing a healthy customer pipeline to meet and exceed revenue
targets -
- Hone our consultative sales coaching-culture within the SaaS
sales org -
- Have excellent problem-solving skills, managing and owning
numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic, and
cross-functional environment
- Be a cultural and motivational leader in the organization and
demonstrate a leadership style that is competitive, upbeat, and
motivate others to reach their goals
- Deliver consistent market feedback cross-functionally to help
optimize the product while driving subscriber retention and ARR
growth
- Collaborate with other teams, including other business unit
GMs, marketing, product, customer success, finance, and operations,
and contribute to the company's go-to-market strategy and execution
You will have a proven hunter/closer track record, and will have
played an integral role in a growth-focused sales organization. You
will bring a strong executive presence and the ability to represent
the company with customers. - Required Experience
- 10+ years of sales experience driving sales and platform
revenue across media, ecommerce and/or technology
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS technology sales -
- 2+ years of management experience, leading a growing team in a
hyper-growth environment -
- Proven hunter and closer
- Experience owning and supporting a team to build a consistently
healthy pipeline within a CRM -
- Prior success meeting and exceeding SaaS revenue targets -
- Knowledge and use of data and metrics-driven sales models and
customer feedback to drive an aggressive go-to-market strategy
- Experience in the e-commerce, technology and/or influencer
marketing space is a plus
- Working knowledge of affiliate marketing preferred
