In this role, you will have the ability to learn Salesforce and other industry leading software to communicate, document and drive sales across North America from the comfort of your own home. You will also be given the opportunity to network and discuss technology needs with decision makers across many different companies. We have 11 Employee Resource groups where everyone can be sure they have a network of support but also a network of community advocates who are giving back to the communicates where we live and work The Main Responsibilities Conversation Starter Making connections through the Power dialer (super hero tool for sales professionals) to 100 contacts a day. You will also need to document and take notes on each of the contacts in the appropriate tracking system. Using phone, email and social media you will be responsible for prospecting new customers to schedule conversations and meetings. What We Look For in a Candidate A minimum 2 years of experience in call center or inside sales is helpful and preferred Knowing your voice and how to use it appropriately with customers. No customer is the same as another and your empathy and passion is important in driving success. Openness to training and willingness to expand your current skills. Simply allow leadership to pour into you knowledge, feedback and suggestions for your continued growth and development. Salary Range Salary Min : 30443 Salary Max : 67650 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
